Elder Line is a National Helpline for Senior Citizens (NHSC) set up by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (https://socialjustice.gov.in/) in collaboration with National Institute of Social Defence (NISD http://www.nisd.gov.in/) and participating State/UT Governments.
Elder Line 14567 is a toll-free number operational from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, that provides free information, guidance, emotional support, field intervention in cases of abuse, rescues and reunion of homeless elderly driven by values of Consistency, Care, Empathy and Encouragement.

4. SACRED: Senior Able Citizens in Reemployment in Dignity: An electronic employment exchange for senior citizens
This is a technology driven Employment market place to bring together both Job providers and Job seekers on a transparent online portal. On this website private and public sector enterprises across sectors can share their demand for human resources, and also help senior experienced citizens having diverse and relevant skillsets, get themselves registered. After registering they can apply for relevant job opportunities.
5. Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007
A senior citizen including parent who is unable to maintain himself from his own earning or out of the property owned by him, is entitled to get relief under this Act. Children/grand- children are under obligation to maintain his or her parent either father, mother or both. Likewise, relative of a senior citizen is also bound to look after the senior citizen. If such children or relative is not maintaining his parents or senior citizen respectively, then the parents/senior citizen can seek the assistance of Tribunal constituted under this Act, to enforce the remedy of maintenance. Such parents/ senior citizen can file an application before the Tribunal, claiming maintenance and other reliefs from their children/relatives as the case may be.

6. eSanjeevani - a doctor to patient telemedicine system has been deployed nationally for the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare under Ayushman Bharat Scheme of Government of India. This is an online OPD service offered by a country government to its citizens. National Teleconsultation Service aims to provide healthcare services to patients in their homes. Safe & structured video based clinical consultations between a doctor in a hospital and a patient in the confines of his home are being enabled.

7. Seniorcare Ageing Growth Engine (SAGE): An Initiative for promoting aged-care products and services by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.
The Seniorcare Ageing Growth Engine (SAGE) is to identify, evaluate, verify, aggregate, and deliver products / solutions / services directly to the stakeholders, giving them wide choice to select the products / solutions / services that would suit their requirements, thereby improving their quality of life. The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment would act as the facilitator in the process while ensuring that the products / solutions / services are made available to a large number of needy people.
