Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

You can cancel your order before it ships by:

  1. Logging into your account
  2. Going to “My Orders”
  3. Clicking “Cancel Order”

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return after receipt.

Returns

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition of Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@vayah-vikas.org
  2. Receive a return authorization number
  3. Ship the item back to us (prepaid label provided)
  4. Item inspected upon receipt

Refunds

Refund Timeline

  • Full refund processed within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Refund may take additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Items purchased on final sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance items (unless defective)

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days with photos
  2. We will replace the item or issue a full refund
  3. Return shipping provided for defective items

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping (unless item is defective)
  • We provide prepaid return labels for defective items
