Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
You can cancel your order before it ships by:
- Logging into your account
- Going to “My Orders”
- Clicking “Cancel Order”
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return after receipt.
Returns
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition of Items
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return
- Contact our support team at support@vayah-vikas.org
- Receive a return authorization number
- Ship the item back to us (prepaid label provided)
- Item inspected upon receipt
Refunds
Refund Timeline
- Full refund processed within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Refund may take additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Items purchased on final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance items (unless defective)
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days with photos
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund
- Return shipping provided for defective items
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping (unless item is defective)
- We provide prepaid return labels for defective items
